By joining forces we will be able to enhance our respective know-how, experiences and complementary skills. This will help us to strengthen relationships with customers and attract new ones, for example through greater innovation, a more attractive range of selected products or thanks to simpler sales and service structures. As an OEM of extractor hoods, we will offer even more performing solutions for customer needs, thanks to cutting-edge technologies and in-depth knowledge of the sector. Our customers are our partners. That’s why we do everything we can to continuously improve; only in this way we will be able to create real added value for our customers and guarantee long-term commercial success».
