Another event for the Faber Science Food Academy

After the event held in Milan, Faber – Italian specialist of kitchen hoods – has organized another meeting to tell the scientific and historical origin of food and how to cook it in the better way. The latest event was held in Genoa, where Faber invited two food experts: Allan Bay, journalist and gastronomy critic, and Monica Bergomi, blogger and creator of the blog “La Luna sul cucchiaio”. Real protagonist of the meeting have been rise and risotto, exploring the origin and all the typologies of this ingredients, as well as the many recipes that can be prepared with it. The meeting was part of the Faber’s partnership with the Science Festival, born from the company’s propensity to the technological and scientific research in order to create innovative products for the kitchen.
