According to a recent research of Contactlab(http://bit.ly/Luxury-in-Russia), in Russia luxury market is estimated to grow by 10% in 2016 reaching 3.5 billion euro. In this sector, Russian consumers spend on average 60% more than customers of the rest of the world, representing about 1,4% of the total global luxury sales. So it is fundamental for any brand to have a specific strategy addressed to this country but also to Russian tourists abroad. Another very relevant factor is e-commerce, a channel that will grow quickly in the next year, although it will be determinant for companies to insert in their websites contents and apps in Russian language, as well as services, telephonic and e-mail assistance. In 2015, Internet sales in the country were 2,5% of the national retail sales, but they are estimated to grow in the next future.
