Another step has been done to bring the household appliances industry’s needs under the attention of the European Commission. Paolo Falcioni, Ceced Director-General has been nominated to serve at the EU REFIT Stakeholder Platform. This Platform was set up by the May 2015 Better Regulation Communication to advise the Commission on how to make EU regulation more efficient and effective while reducing burden and without undermining policy objectives. «I am delighted – Paolo Falcioni saied – to be able to join this important platform that helps Europe’s policy makers understand better the needs of community stakeholders such as our industry.»
