Wolf, the famous American brand of kitchen appliances distributed in Italy by Frigo 2000, has patented an innovative hob burner. It is a double sealed crown burner, that offers two burners in one: the upper part provides an ideal flame for cooking at high temperature while the lower part offers a perfect flame for cooking at low temperature (simmer function). This system ensures a precise control of temperatures and is easy to clean. The double crown burner is available on gas hobs, gas professional hob and on Wolf dual fuel cookers. Design of the burner and of the related ignition module have been patented by Wolf.
