‘Modular Elegance’ is the leitmotif that will lead the news presented by Miele at the new edition of LivingKitchen, scheduled in Cologne on January 16-22, 2017. Among the protagonists proposed by the German company, there will be a range of upgraded entry-line oven models and a new series of highly configurable cooking units to meet the needs of the discerning. The Miele SmartLine includes induction hob, barbecue grill, Teppan Yaki, gas ring or induction wok. Characterized by elegant and sophisticated design, they combined aesthetics and technology for a high-end kitchen. These units, couched in black ceramic glass, appear noble and purist and offer a sheer endless range of combination options. All individual modules can be combined at will, including a countertop extractor. The latter dispenses with the need for a conventional extractor canopy and creates elegance and individual design, in particular in cooking islands in open-plan kitchens.
Regarding the new entry-level ovens, with the Active range Miele ensures greater performance, increased convenience and enhanced elegance. Active models have a volume of 76 l, and boast an extra-large oven interior, also featuring an upgraded display with a clock, rotary selectors and touch buttons. SmartLine and Active appliances are due to be launched in spring 2017.
