Ilve has recently presented a limited edition of its Professional Plus 150 cooking unit that was protagonist at the “Cibo a Regola d’Arte” exhibition in Milan. For the occasion, the Italian company displayed a model in Ultra Violet color, a nuance that obtained great success this year. This version was characterized by a double oven and a stainless steel fry top for natural food cooking. The Limited Edition was customized with the logo of Cibo a Regola d’Arte, an event that gathered starred chefs in a weekend of masterclass, food lab and talk.
Conceived for professional performance but for a domestic use, it can be ordered on demand and will be present in Treviso on 2 and 3 June for the second stage of the Corriere della Sera food event.
