Groupe SEB has recently closed the acquisition of Swizzz Prozzz, a Swiss specialist of small appliances for the kitchen, a sector where the French company wants to expand. The main products of Swizzz Prozzz are mini hand choppers with high-performance multi-blade systems. Until now, the company’s products have been licensed via various kitchen utensil brands, with good annual performance and an annual revenue of about 8-10 million euro. Through this acquisition, Groupe SEB pursues its development in kitchen tools and utensils with simple, easy-to-use and affordable products, which are very complementary to its existing ranges.
