Samsung solutions to increase sustainability at home

During the latest edition of the Kitchen & Bath Industry Show (KBIS) 2023 in Las Vegas, Samsung Electronics showcased innovations in the fields of sustainable, smart and personalized living. Among the appliances on display at the show, the company unveiled the new producst of the Bespoke line that now includes full kitchen packages, laundry and floor care products.

At KBIS, Samsung will also showcase efforts to enhance sustainability throughout the product life cycle – from production to distribution, use and disposal – and highlight the added energy savings that come with its SmartThings Energy service. The service delivers easy-to-understand information about your smart home energy usage, as well as tips to help you save more power. Its intuitive AI Energy Mode automatically optimizes settings to reduce the amount of energy consumed by connected Samsung appliances, making it easy to maximize energy savings and help lower the home’s energy costs. This includes up to 15% savings for compatible refrigerators, up to 20% for compatible air conditioners5 and up to 35% for compatible washers6 on select cycles.
