Bertazzoni, Italian company founded in 1882 specialising in the production of kitchen appliances, has launched new cooking appliances with integrated ventilation on the Italian market. Model highlights include the freestanding cooker with induction hob and integrated hood with Carbonio finish and an induction hob with integrated hood.
Bertazzoni’s new 90cm PROCH94I1ECAT cooker, on sale in Italy from November 2022, perfectly integrates three appliances in one: oven, induction cooktop and hood. A combination of design and high performance, the Professional Series freestanding cooker features a 103 l oven cavity, 11 cooking functions and electronic digital programmer with food probe for perfect cooking control.
In addition to the oven, an induction cooktop with four active heating zones and a central hood are also integrated in the same appliance. The integrated premium hood has nine power levels with optional ‘boost’ function, guaranteeing efficiency for optimal yet extremely quiet extraction. By setting the hood to ‘automatic’, the dedicated knob makes control easy and intuitive, the extraction power will be set automatically according to the number and power of the induction zones actually used.
Attention to style details, which have always distinguished the brand, are expressed in the exclusive grid supplied to cover the hob extraction area. A first solution, is enriched by the Bertazzoni logo in brass. A second solution is characterized by a minimalist design and realization flush with the induction hob. Lightweight and ergonomic, both offer easy access to the filters located just below: the ‘grease filter’. Easy to wash in the dishwasher, as well as the high-performance ’activated carbon filter’,are effective against odors & fumes and are to be restored every three months in the oven.
The design of the freestanding kitchen is made even more exclusive by the Carbonio finish. The same paint is applied to the most famous Italian luxury sports cars, capable of making the kitchen environment unique and distinctive. The 80cm induction cooktop with integrated hood, P804ICH2M37NT, available now, is ideal for island installations thanks to its undermount motor, featuring an exclusive central circular grid that echoes the brand’s iconic logo.
