Francesco Misurelli, CEO of Grundig

Grundig was a partner of the Digital Summit “Sustainable future, from design to landscape. Designing the transition” organized by Elle Decor Italia. The event was focused on the concept of sustainability in relation to the world of design. Through the voice of its CEO Italy, Francesco Misurelli, Grundig spoke of his constant and growing commitment for a better and more aware future, with a contribution entitled: “Sustainability starts at home”.

«Technological innovation in respect of the planet’s resources is what has characterized our path and which leads us today to talk about sustainability, our creed, our mission. Misurelli explained -. We at Grundig want to be the spokesperson for a new culture of responsibility, which embraces the word Respect in all its facets (respect for environmental, food, social resources) and that starts from home, as the center of every improvement action».

«We pursue sustainability through a concrete approach – the Grundig CEO added – virtuous design and circular production. We share it with our audience, telling tangible examples and encouraging them to undertake, starting from their own home environment, small decisive gestures today, for a better and more aware future. To spread our message we have chosen Massimo Bottura as brand ambassador. Social activist, appointed by the New York Times among the most influential people in the world, he corresponds to us for ethics and values: what unites us most is the commitment to sustainability».
