Enestomeda is once again partner of Eataly, on the occasion of the opening of the first Eataly store in Canada, at the Manulife Center, located in the Yorkville district of Toronto. The two Italian brands started their cooperation in 2017 with the presence of the Marche brand at FICO Eataly World – the largest agri-food park in the world, inaugurated in Bologna two years ago – and continued with the presence of company at Eataly Stockholm, the store opened in Sweden in 2018, and at Eataly Paris, whose inauguration in the French capital took place last April.
The essential element of the new Eataly store is the genuineness of the products of the Italian food and wine tradition, with the promise of maintaining constant attention to the quality of raw materials and the sustainability of production.
The area dedicated to Eataly Toronto extends over three floors of the building that houses it, for a total of 50,000 square meters, within which the peculiarities of the format will be presented: a wide retail offer of high quality made in Italy products, an extensive area dedicated to catering and the market, and finally a rich training proposal, curated by the Eataly School, which will offer gastronomic experiences aimed at revealing the tricks of the Italian cuisine.
For this purpose an educational classroom has been arranged in which the Icon model is present in the IconColor version, designed by Giuseppe Bavuso for Ernestomeda, characterized by linearity aesthetics and high technical performance.
