For the fifth consecutive time, ARAN Cucine has been awarded the 2019 Superbrands Award, an international recognition that certifies the excellence and value of companies that continue to grow and invest pursuing the path of authenticity, responsibility and innovation.
Moreover, during the award ceremony, the Italian company received another big prize: Renzo Rastelli, CEO of the ARAN World Group won the Superbrands Passion for Branding 2019. An important gratification, which rewards his career. At just twenty years of age, Rastelli enters the ARAN company as an accountant and develops the great ambition of bringing the company’s products abroad. After a short time he founded the ‘foreign kitchen division’ and realizes the dream of crossing national borders thanks to an idea as simple as it is ingenious, the ‘flat pack’: an ideal storage system to stow many more kitchens in one only containers.
The intuition was a success and in 2001 Rastelli became CEO of ARAN World and in 2006, after years of economic crisis, Rastelli bravely decides to commit himself personally by purchasing the ARAN World Group.
And thus, definitively consolidating the presence on the foreign market, investing in research and development and in collaborations with important architects and designers – Ferruccio Laviani, Karim Rashid, Makio Hasuike and Stefano Boeri – Renzo Rastelli has allowed the growth of all brands of the ARAN World Group: a healthy and 100% Made in Italy reality that counts 7 production plants in Abruzzo, hundreds of employees and thousands of stores throughout world.
