WMF CoffeeConnect digital solution received the “Future Award 2019” in the Technology & Equipment category during the Internorga trade show held in Hamburg (Germany).
This innovative solution is able to connect the company machines all over the world. To achieve this, it has introduced a central digital platform, which means all its professional coffee machines can be connected and customers can receive the information they need to improve their technical and sales performance.
This service, known as WMF Coffee Connect or Schaerer Coffee Link, will allow each customer to monitor consumer behavior and optimize their fleet of machines and their offer with a view to increasing sales and directly managing their aftersales service.
Moreover it enables decision-makers within the coffee industry to design efficient processes that use fewer resources and are thus sustainable. The collected data can be used to achieve maximum efficiency in the purchasing of raw materials and other consumables, as well as in the planning of maintenance activities and technician interventions. In addition, WMF CoffeeConnect provides extensive evaluations of sales and turnover figures, and allows customers to automatically adapt the beverages that they offer across locations.
