TEAM 7 presented its latest news at Eurocucina 2018. The company displayed new kitchen models, made of 100% solid wood, one of its peculiarity. This gives them a high level of stability and resilience. Finished exclusively with natural oil, the wood is free from harmful substances and retains its anti-bacterial properties for hygienic food storage. Moreover, wood also has natural antistatic properties, which naturally reduces household dust and helps to regulate humidity contributing to a healthy and pleasant environment. Individually designed and custom-made in accordance with the customer’s wishes, TEAM 7 is able to create kitchens in a classic or modern style. Among the news presented at Eurocucina, we can mention filigno kitchen, characterized by refinement and finesse along with natural materials, wood and ceramic, that create a flowing transition from the kitchen to the living-dining area.
In filigno kitchen island with ceramic cube, the front part of the island is the height of a sideboard, while the attached work surface made of ceramic turns it into a functional cooking island. The transition is made clear by the change in height and material, but the living spaces melt together harmoniously in use. This merging of the living areas is highlighted by the delicate casing of 12 mm thin solid wood panels, which is also a design feature of the eponymous filigno occasional furniture. The base is recessed on the side, emphasising the visual lightness of the filigno kitchen island and making it appear to float.
