Gorenje is continuing the process of selling Gorenje Surovina and its affiliated companies. The Group has recently received seven non-binding offers from strategic and financial investors. According to the company, selected potential investors will be granted access to the virtual data room, visits to selected locations of Gorenje Surovina and its affiliated companies as well as meetings with managements of these companies.
Also the searching for new partners is going on. Gorenje has invited three potential partners into the due diligence phase of the process. All three are based in Asia, are active in the household appliances industry and have submitted offers to acquire a majority stake in the company (at least 50% +1 shares of the whole share capital).
The deadline for submitting binding offers has been set for May 8, 2018.
