The two best pastry chefs must eventually challenge each other for the victory, in the neutral field, on equal terms outside their own laboratory, assisted only by their experience and by the Fulgor Milano appliances. Among the company products, participants will be able to use a full power induction hob with an extended cooking zone, that offers the possibility of using all the zones simultaneously at maximum power; a multifunction oven equipped with telescopic rails that facilitate the control operations in cooking and, finally, a built-in temperature blast chiller, indispensable not only for the thermal abatement, but also in the leavening or creaming stages.
The Fulgor Milano blast chiller is also equipped with the possibility to cook slowly, at low temperature (up to +75 ° C), even vacuum-packed foods.
