SilFim is an Italian company born after the merging in 2009 of two industrial realities: Silc and Fim. The first one was founded in 1968 and operates in the industrial ironing machines sector, while the second, born in 1985, produces cooker hoods, cladding for refrigerators and design accessories.
Among the products realized by SilFim, there are also 2 lines of cooker hoods branded FIM and WD, recently displayed at Living Kitchen 2017. The cooker hoods branded FIM are customized products, while the WD is a brand used for products conceived and prepared by SilFim to be shown to the best producers of kitchen appliances. The company offers the quality of a very made in Italy product, thanks to its two production plants of 20.000 sm each, located in Italy, in the Marche region. They are directly linked to the technical departments which are the core part of the company for research, development and finalizing of the new models. Quality, technology, design and sustainability are the main focuses followed by SilFim, which can propose a rich catalog with many kind of hoods, from the induction ones to the base models, up to the version for ceiling, built-in, wall and island. The company also manufactures induction hobs and remote motors.
