Fulgor Milano, Italian brand of Meneghetti, manufacturer of kitchen appliances, announced the intention of being increasingly closer to the end customers, directly following the technical assistance of its products in Italy. The initiative has the aim of enhance the quality level of the service, following every stage of the appliances life cycle, from the engineering to the everyday use of any device. This is also a way to improve and strengthen the partnership with the trade operators and to obtain the best performance, Fulgor Milano has created a team inside the company, including specialists who come from the technical areas and the tests laboratories, knowing in depth every detail of the products. The Technical Service Centres were carefully selected one by one on the whole territory, thanks to the collaboration with distribution partners in various areas, and are supported by ongoing training activities, as require the Lean Manufacturing processes.
