The European Commission finally gave the unconditional clearance of the WMF acquisition to Groupe Seb. The big French Group of small appliances and tools for cooking is going to further expand its structure, adding to its offer the WMF range.
This includes, in addition to several kitchen utensilis, also compact electrical appliances for healthy kitchens. Among the WMF appliances, the KITCHENminis breakfast collection stands out, with its products, made in the elegant Cromargan stainless steel, like the AromaOne filter coffee washing machine, kettle, toaster, egg cooker and others. Groupe Seb is closing a very good year, with a sales turnover in the first nine months of about 3,4 billion euro (6.2 like-for-like).
