For the third times, Groupe Seb received the Happy Trainees label award. The contest was attended by 1.500 companies evaluated on their internship/apprenticeship policies. During the summer, a survey was conducted among 250 of the Group’s interns or apprentices based on 6 categories: professional advancement, working environment, management, motivation, pride, fun/pleasure. At the end of the survey, 9 students out of 10 recommend Groupe SEB for an internship or apprenticeship. The Internship & Apprenticeship policy remains a priority for Groupe SEB, that declared it will pursue this commitment though a comprehensive approach to strengthen its image among students and develop its pool of young talent.
