From November 2016 Samsung will introduce a built-in cooking line on the Usa market. This new range features appliances which combine design, connectivity and performance bringing simplicity into the kitchen. The entire line-up is available in traditional stainless steel and Samsung’s popular black stainless steel finish. «We are excited to enter the built-in cooking category with the same level of innovation and design that we have in our freestanding appliances» – said John Herrington, senior vice president, general manager of home appliance at Samsung. «2016 has seen over 1.2 million new housing starts and significant growth in home remodeling. This line-up of Samsung built-in products addresses the growing needs of these premium consumers.»
All appliances are equipped with Wi-Fi connectivity, and can be remotely started, controlled and turned off from a smartphone. Bluetooth connectivity syncs the cooktop with Samsung’s range hood to automatically start the hood’s fans or lights when using the cooktop. The new line is even capable of working with the Samsung SmartThings Hub as part of the connected home.
