Baraldi is an Italian company manufacturing kitchen hoods. It has launched a new technology that increases the purification of the air in the kitchen. Biosky Tech, this is the name of the innovative solution, is the system that makes the air fresh, purifying it from potentially harmful elements such as: viruses, bacteria, spores, fungi, mold, pollen, dust, but even cooking fat, smoke, fumes and odors. The air is cleaned and purified through a series of photocatalytic processes activated from nanomaterials. This system has been patented and tested by important universities, so that Baraldi can ensures that it is totally safe and the materials used are certified as non-toxic and non-allergic. Compared to other less advanced solutions, Biosky Tech does not generate Ozone and the Baraldi’s hoods that use this technology are also very silent and do not require the connection pipe between cooker-hood and outside. They are also energy saving and easy to clean.
