Whirlpool has recently presented, during the last edition of Eurocucina, its new generation of appliances that follow the latest trends such as connected home & smart appliances, growing culinary exploration & ambition among home cooks, more efficiencies & conveniences for families. According to the Hotpoint Taste Exploration Survey 2016, food preparation is becoming increasingly associated with the pursuit of pleasure. Cooking is valued as a form of self-expression and with that, consumers now want appliances that are flexible enough to allow greater experimentation in the kitchen and feature functions that enhance the enjoyment of cooking. According to the Whirlpool brand SmartCook survey, in response to the pressures of modern life consumers are focusing more on making and taking the time to enjoy the present, and explore in greater depth the possibilities of one’s own life – maximizing every aspect of today. This is why Whirlpool’s brands are characterized by many features helping the users to do anything in an easy and comfortable way, such as the Whirlpool’s SmartCook induction cooktops, the SupremeClean dishwasher and Supreme Built-In fridge freezer. KitchenAid, instead, has presented the new stainless steel made to measure special tops that offer fully customizable gas, induction and domino cooktops, a downdraft hood, sinks and the new KitchenAid Deep Induction Trays. KitchenAid is also presenting the new European Side By Side refrigerator, with a built-in Cooling Drawer and a 45cm Wine Cellar. Among the other products, we can mention the Hotpoint new built-in suite of appliances, which includes the 2016 Red Dot award winning built-in oven and the Indesit complete built-in cooking suite of matching products, as well as the eXtra Hygiene Dishwasher that features a hygienic BabyCare Cycle allowing new parents to clean every kind of baby item.
