Fulgor Milano confirmed the success of its gallery format. The Italian company specialized in cooking appliances has recently opened a new gallery with its partner 2R Incasso distributor in Modena province (Emilia Romagna region, Italy). The opening event was attended by over 60 guests including retailers of kitchen furniture and interior designer who can enjoy a convivial cooking show, where the pizza oven SPO 6213 P TC X was the protagonist. Using it, two professional chefs prepared 60 pizzas in just under 90 minutes.
