Bertazzoni’s appliances, Italian company specialist in the cooking sector for over 130 years, has been chosen by Congusto Gourmet Institute for its first culinary campus made in Milan. In the campus some chefs will held special cooking courses both for professionals and for people who simply love cooking. Bertazzoni produces a full range of kitchen appliances, from freestanding cookers to ovens and hobs. Founded in 1882, the society is still managed by the Bertazzoni family that, with about 250 employees and a production of about 200,000 units per year, exports its made-in-Italy appliances in several countries in the world with its two brands: Bertazzoni and La Germania.
