The “Respects the Globe, Respected Globally” vision of Arçelik A.Ş makes it obtain the Waste Management award, recognition assigned to the sustainable business models, such as which the company is following. In fact, it has been acting consciously in terms of sustainability during all its processes and developing projects in order to protect nature and ecological system. Arçelik assistant general manager in charge of supply chain, purchasing and customer services received the award on behalf of Arçelik which came first in the competition with its “Leading company in waste electrical and electronic equipment (Weee)” project. The products collected by the Arçelik and Beko dealers and authorized services are transferred to the licensed recycling plants within the scope of the Weee exchange campaign.
