All these themes have been discussed today during the event “Innovation: products, processes and distribution formats”, organized in Milan by Paola Gallas Networking. During the meeting, many experts, consultants and managers of primary industry and retail companies (such as Samsung, e-Bay, Euronics, Deloitte, Ebeltoft Italy and others) have expressed their opinions and told their experience and case histories in the technical consumer goods (TCG) world, where they operate. A sector, as they all agreed, very affected by the new technologies, where new formats and a new shopping experience must be found to customize more and more the offer. But to have success, partnership and collaboration among all the operators are necessary.
