Glem is an Italian brand of Glem Gas group, company established in 1959 in San Cesario, a few kilometers from Modena, in the heart of Emilia. The passion for the local excellence, the culinary creativity, the artistic tradition and the spirit of innovation are on the basis of the brand products.
Glem catalog includes many kind of kitchens, as which of the Matrix range that features a new aesthetic, developed with the support of Marcello Cutino (BCF Design). The range presents models that combine modern lines and traditional style, with a great care of the details, such as the control panel, ergonomic and functional, or the handle applied to the whole length of the oven door.
The Matrix kitchens are equipped with innovative functions and technologies, among which we can mention: a ventilated gas multifunction oven, ideal for uniform cooking, the Bi-energy function that combines the gas or electric cooking system in the oven itself for differentiated and customized cooking, the cast iron grids designed to maximize space, the removable glass of the oven door for easy clean, the special pizza function.
Materials, shapes and technologies of Glem products are developed thanks to the grouop research and development department through the collaboration with designers of international renown. All the company products are assembled in its local premises and are submitted to strict quality controls.
