BSH is among the Top Employers in Germany for the ninth time in a row. The independent Top Employers Institute presented the award to the company, that scored high in the categories of Talent Strategy, Learning & Development and Career & Succession Management. In addition, BSH was again named as a Top Employer for Engineers.
The certification process is conducted annually by the Top Employers Institute using an extensive assessment method. Europe’s manufacturer of home appliances impressed in particular in the categories of Talent Strategy, Learning & Development and Career & Succession Management. Torsten Aha, HR Manager at BSH’s Bad Neustadt site, accepted the awards on behalf of BSH: “Competition for the best employees is growing tougher and tougher. We’re delighted at these prestigious awards. They are an important recognition of our efforts and also, of course, motivation to keep on improving the working conditions of all employees moving ahead.” In addition, BSH was again named as a Top Employer for Engineers by the Top Employers Institute.
