Faber at Eurocucina with Carlo Colombo

2039

Faber, historical Italian company of kitchen hoods, will take part to the next edition of Eurocucina, bringing important news, such as Glow, a new model created in cooperation with the famous Italian architect Carlo Colombo. This new hood is realized in black nickel and is a sophisticated chandelier model equipped with the most advanced technology. It is, in fact, in A energy class and features the “up & down” system by Faber, which makes it possible to bring the hood close to the hob when needed and to make it rise when it is not working. «Glow – Carlo Colombo explains – interprets the evolution of the kitchen environment, which is becoming increasingly part of the living area. I imagined the hood as a real piece of furniture, an elegant and sophisticated object, characterized by sober and sinuous lines that can enhance and fit harmoniously in any kitchen. The name Glow emphasizes its two characteristics: it is no longer just a technological object, but a luminous sculpture in a perfect balance between light and functionality.»
Among the other news that Faber will present at the FTK pavilion of Eurocucina 2018 a very interesting one is the innovative Airlane technology. Applied to the new F-Light models, the suspended hoods of the company range, it allows the extracted air to go outside the kitchen without a physical connection of the hood with the ceiling, thus eliminating any kind of pipe. The secret is a second motor, positioned on the ceiling, which sucks the air captured by the hood, expelling it outside and avoiding it to come back to the kitchen. This new system is available in all the F-light models – Odette, Cèline and Belle – that will debut at Eurocucina with important stylistic innovations and colors.
