Samsung recognized for the quality of Sales & Customer Service

Samsung Electronics America has received four awards for best in class customer care, at the 12th annual Stevie® Awards for Sales & Customer Service, the world’s recognition for contact center, customer service, business development and sales professionals.
Samsung received the following recognitions at the Stevie Awards in Las Vegas, Nevada: a gold award for IVR or Web Service Solution, which recognized Samsung’s use of an on demand, peer-to-peer platform staffed by Samsung consumers that provides support to Samsung consumers in need, quickly; a gold award for Customer Service Success, which recognized the company’s on-line Community platform, a place for customers to discuss, share tips, and troubleshoot issues with Samsung products and services; two silver awards for Best Use of Technology in Customer Service and Innovation in Customer Service, which recognized the company’s cloud solution to improve contact center efficiency and enhance day-to-day care functions.
