Bertazzoni, Italian company specialized in the manufacturing of cooking appliances, has reached another important step: 135 years of activity and passion for quality, design and technology. Following the lifestyle changings and evolutions, Bertazzoni family never forgot its roots, combining every day traditions and innovation in several cooking solutions. A long path with three fundamental pillars: family, engineering and territory, followed by six generations. Founded in 1882 by Francesco Bertazzoni at Guastalla, a town in Emilia Romagna region, this true Italian reality has been able to evolve year after year, adapting to the needs of the different cooking times and taking the maximum from engineering culture and culinary tradition, becoming a very appreciated brand in Italy and in the world. With a wide range of freestanding cookers, hobs, ovens and hoods, the company is present in more than sixty countries worldwide, with more than 90% of sales abroad. With an investment of about 20 million euro, it has recently boosted the headquarters of Guastalla, which boasts a production of about 200,000 units per year, using advanced production techniques, borrowed from the automotive industry.
Among the most important recognitions of its quality, during its history Bertazzoni has received several awards. Latest in order of time, is the Premio 100 Eccellenze Italiane 2016 and the prestigious Golden A’Design Award in the category Home Appliances Design Competition with the PRO90 MFE S AR freestanding kitchen in Orange.
The celebrations of the 135th anniversary will continue throughout 2017 with dedicated initiatives involving the countries where the brand is present and a logo dedicated to this special occasion.
